"We had made a change to our policy in January and were told it would lower our bill the way it was done. But the bill didn't look that way. It looked like we were being billed for the same vehicle twice. After lots of questions and frustrations on my end, I finally understand! I'm sure I frustrated Michelle but she was patient, dug deep, and broke it down to help me understand why our bill looked the way it did and what to expect from here. *I am in fact not being billed for the same vehicle twice!* Thank you!!"

Ron and Emily have taken care of me for years, and no matter the situation or question, they find a solution more than satisfactory. Honesty and Integrity come to mind immediately. "Ron and his office have always been a huge help to me and my family. I noticed recently that my name was mispelled so I wrote them a note asking it to be changed to match my drivers license and they fixed it without a problem. I have been with Ron and the previous owner for years now and moved away but still use them for my insurance needs. All other mail wanting to meet my insurance needs goes in the shredder.
